Did ye, aye? Go on then, prove it.

The questions folk actually ask before they hand over money — including the awkward ones. Answered plainly, with no sales patter.

The healthy skepticism

Is this no' just hype with a Scottish accent?

Fair question. The hype is real and mostly rubbish. That's why we start with one small process, a two-week test and a measurable before-and-after. If the numbers don't move, you stop and you've spent very little finding out.

Will AI make things up and embarrass my business?

It can, if it's built lazily. Ours answer from your own documents and prices, cite where the answer came from, and hand over to a human the moment they're out of their depth. If it doesn't know, it says so.

Are you trying to replace my staff?

No. We automate the jobs nobody enjoys and nobody learns from — retyping data, chasing invoices, copying the same reply. Your folk get the interesting bits back. Most clients grow rather than shrink.

We're tiny. Are we too small for this?

Small businesses usually get the biggest win, because there's nobody spare to absorb the admin. A single automation that saves five hours a week is a big deal when there's four of you.

Money, contracts and getting out

What's this going to cost me, honestly?

Everything's published on the pricing page — setup fee plus a monthly, or a fixed one-off for websites. We quote before we start and we don't invent extras halfway through.

Am I tied in for years?

No. Monthly plans are rolling with 30 days' notice. If we're not earning our keep, you should be able to leave without a solicitor.

What if it doesn't work?

The two-week test exists exactly for that. You pay a small amount, we show you the numbers, and you decide. We'd rather tell you something isn't worth automating than bill you for it.

Data, security and hosting

Where does my data actually go?

We tell you, in writing, which tools touch your data and where they're hosted. We use UK/EU regions where we can, never train public models on your data, and delete what we don't need.

Isn't the cloud just someone else's computer?

Aye, but it's someone else's computer with redundant power, spare hardware, and folk watching it at 3am. The point isn't magic — it's that a failed disk becomes a shrug rather than a fortnight.

What happens when it goes down?

Monitoring alerts us, not just you. Nightly backups are taken and restores are tested every quarter, so recovery is a routine job rather than an experiment.

Can I take my stuff and leave?

Yes. Your domain, code, content and data are yours. We'll hand over the lot and help the next crew get set up. No hostage-taking.

Working with us

How much of my time will this eat?

About an hour up front for the blether, then short check-ins. We do the digging; you correct us when we've misunderstood how your business really works.

Do you speak human?

That's the whole business model. If we ever say 'synergistic AI-enabled transformation', you have our permission to hang up.

Where are you based, and does it matter?

Scotland. Most work is remote, which means faster help — but you'll always know the name of the person you're talking to.

Still no' convinced?

Grand. Bring your hardest question and we'll answer it in half an hour, free, with no follow-up pestering.
